Deleting Your Data

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time: information submitted through our contact form, or interactions associated with your WhatsApp number. This page explains how that process works; for the full legal detail, see our Privacy Policy.
How it works

Send your request from the same email or WhatsApp number associated with your inquiry to:

Identity verification
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm the request comes from the data owner.

Processing
We process the request within 30 days of verification.

Deletion or anonymization
Your personal data is deleted or anonymized from our systems.
What gets deleted
- Messages sent through the contact form (name, email, phone, message)
- WhatsApp messages and events associated with your phone number
What may be retained
Server security logs may be retained for up to 12 months for security reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy, even after your contact data is deleted.
